Operating guides
The guides are split by real activity: setup, configuration, bookings, orders, menu and communications. Inside you find the steps in order and the panel screens.

01
Recommended route
The guest guide is now organized like a small help center: an initial index and separate operating pages. Start with the onboarding if it's your first time, then open only the section you really need.
Use the home page to check your venue details, services, and access.
Choose Reservations, Orders, Menus, or Communications depending on what you need to do right away.
Each page displays real boxes, badges, notifications, and steps to follow without technical interpretation.
Before leaving, always check the final checklist to avoid forgetting important steps.
The pages are designed for restaurateurs and collaborators: short texts, large icons and orderly steps.
If you're working during service, use Reservations and Orders first. If you're setting up the restaurant, start with Setup and Menus.

First steps
Follow this sequence when you need to launch the project, provide support, or check that the premises are ready to receive real requests.
Basic settings
Before changing menus, orders, or promotions, it's a good idea to visit this page. Proper configuration prevents out-of-hours requests, inconsistent payments, and incorrect customer information.
Operational catalog
Use this page when you need to publish a new dish, change a price, or adjust a seasonal product. The right structure makes everything quicker, even on peak days.
Table management
Here you'll find the actual booking dashboard blocks: shared list, calendar with slots, detail tab, and confirmation or cancellation modes. The flow actually follows the code, without any invented states.
Online orders
Here you'll find the actual steps for managing orders: how to read the list, what to look for in the card, when refund and cancel appear, and how to use snooze with time block.
Customer Contact
Use it for email campaigns, service alerts, promotional messages, or operational confirmations. The flow is simple: choose the message, check the recipients, and send only after final verification.
